Upon checking both settings for CYTA, the IP Address, Subnet Mask and Router numbers are different. I have spent some time trying to change the non-functioning numbers to those that function but without success.
Can anyone help please?

We have two IPADs, one works and gets the internet, the other one says "not connected to internet".
Upon checking both settings for CYTA, the IP Address, Subnet Mask and Router numbers are different. I have spent some time trying to change the non-functioning numbers to those that function but without success.

I agree Alan. We have an android box, which we leave for our holiday rentals. When we were over last week it seemed someone had been tapering with it. After no success ourselves trying to put it right, we popped int sos and Brian fixed within 5 minutes and no charge. They really are very nice people. Mal
