Hi does any one no if you are born in uk but reside in isle man and you are considered not to be manx but english ,have on front of passport eu british islands isle of man ,in passport shows we were born in england do we need to ask counsel of ministers to register us so we can obtain our title deeds best regards manxie
Is it a European passport, i.e., has red cover & the EU circle of stars symbol? If it does then you are accepted as a European. If it doesn't you need to consult an expert.

Apologies manxie, neither does mine have the circle of stars. I was trying to recall from memory. Mine has the UK coat of arms & I guess yours will too.
