removing memo

I have jumped through all the hoops at the land registry for our deeds .They now say their is a memo on the property which needs to be removed . they said the bank has to collect the letter from them within 45 days !! I have rang every week ,and after 2 weeks it's still awaiting collection !! is their any way I can expedite this process.

I'm afraid not - you'll have to be patient and wait. The bank has the right to object to the transfer and/or request the transfer of their encumbrance within a 45 day period.
