Hi All,

I received the following from the Administrator earlier today and have
posted it on our forum - however I think it may be more pertinent for Paphos
members. If you know anyone who has had dealings with this developer but may
not be regular visitors to CL you may want to point them towards this posting:

Regarding: Y. Liasides Developers Ltd. (In Liquidation) Paphos

For those who have an interest in the above developer I have been
informed that Mr. Chris Iacovides of the CRI Group Ltd has been appointed
Liquidator of Y. Liasides Developers Ltd.

There will be a meeting regarding the above on:

28th June 2013 10am Amathus Beach Hotel - Paphos

I have been asked to upload the following documents:

A copy of the letter sent 'to all known purchasers'.

Also the court order ratifying his appointment together with an English
translation of the same.
