Which Printer ?

I was persuaded by MOH to upgrade our HP printer, from one which had buttons that said print/scan/copy, to one that I had to connect to my computer to scan a document, print or copy is guess work. It has been playing up for months now, prints when it feels like it and quite frankly I've had enough of this machine.

Please can anyone recommend a simple reliable all in one Wi-Fi printer, that has the buttons clearly marked ?

Do you still have the disc that came with the printer? If so reinstall it then update the drivers on the HP site.

I had similar issues a few years ago and that sorted it for me.

Sadly no, during the house move it was lost, but thanks for the advice anyway.

You can download everything you need direct from the HP website if you haven't got the disc but it'll probably take 30-60 minuets as the files are large.
Just input your printers number into the HP site and follow the prompts.

Gotta be worth a try against buying another printer.
