OK thanks, you are correct! Which means I have not paid my IPT - never received a bill for it, so no idea how much it is. Do I need to go to the tax office? Where is that exactly? Thanks.

Ooh sorry yes you need to go to the tax office in the new govt buildings along from the courts opposite New York Sweets!
